I Have A Terrible Cold

Hi family. School has justed started back here and yep you guessed it...I have gotten sick. I was sleeved on 5/31 and would like to know if it is something that I can take that actually works! Usually niquil does the job, but I just wanted to be sure. I called the doctors but I am waiting on a returned phone call!

Thanks for any information that you can provide.
