Hi Everyone
I am new to the forum and the sleeve process. I began my journey considering the lap band and was soooo happy to find out about the sleeve. (umm extremely nervous too) I am beginning my blood pressure and 6mos weight mgmt process and I am sooo confused. I have a bmi of 36 with high blood pressure and I am being put on the 6mos, doc supervised diet for insurance submission. Am I REALLY supposed to go hard at dieting?? I mean I know how to lose "some" weight but it's the keeping it off that is (litterally) killing me. I am afraid if I lose weight on the program I will go to low on bmi and reverse my BP problem, although that is the goal, I know doing it myself is very short term. What should I do? Do I really try or not so much? I feel bad/deceitful asking this question but I can't afford being denied.....please advise
