I Found The Culprit!

So...... as I have stated in several previous topics, I have been nauseated since I left the hospital 5 weeks ago. I have been taking chewable bariatric vitamins everyday, twice a day. I was halso having nausea from morning to night. This pass Tuesday I did not take my vitamin because I was already having a issue with taste and I just could not stand the the thought of chewing one up so I skipped it for 2 days. I WAS NOT NAUSEATED ON TUES AND WED! Not thinking I took my vitamin yesterday and I was sick all day. I FOUND THE CULPRIT! So now I am on a hunt for a new vitamin. I was taking my vitamin after I eat so I was not taking it on a empty stomach by the way. Anyway just want you to give you a update! Any suggestions on what you take would be very helpful. Thanks!

  • gummi vitamins. Even those can get you nauseous, but less likely.

I wonder if sugar content is part of it? I use Bariatric Advantage no issues.

  • Chewable centrum is the way to go, have had no problems with it.

I threw away the vitamin drops they give me from the hospital utterly gross after the first time I had to allow 14 drops to fall on my tongue I physically had to try not to gag to do it again so I got store own brand asda in my case kids multi vitamins orange flavour chewable you take double because they are for kids and I love them!

They are not gummy but my vitamin levels are fine I actually have slightly high iron I was told yesterday so I am good 270 in the thing had them for almost 3 month no issues!

My NUT told me to avoid gummies because there is no b1 (thiamin) in them. I use flinstones complete chewables.
