Gas

is there anything I can do so I will have less gas or no gas after surgery? Also my Dr said I cannot have anything besides liquids for a month after I'm sleeved. is that the norm?

Walk walk walk walk. Every 2 hours at least. sleep sitting up for the first night. Worked great for me. Felt like I could run a marathon day after surgery. Didn't have any more pain meds or anything. The walking does amazing things
