Nervous

I am half way thru my 6 month process. At the same time, im still trying to make sure this is right for me. It is almost an obsession with all of the research ive been doing. Is there any advice anyone can give going into this??? Thanks in Advance...

Hi there!

I did a ton of research pre-op, my husband joked that I could probably do the surgery myself. My best advice to you is to follow the doctors orders exactly! Some of the rules may sound silly or daunting but I really feel that it does prepare you mentally for post-op.
