Acid Reflux

I currently suffer from acid reflux. I take medication to control it, but occasionally I still get bouts of reflux. Has anyone suffered from reflux and been sleeved? What happened to your reflux? I want a sleeve but the reflux might be better served with RNY. Help, so confused.
