First Time In Whole Process

First time through whole process I am having a break down. I have kept a positive attitude and worked to make sure I have everything I need. I meet with the surgeon today and I wanted to just double check insurance. Now I am deflated because they want 5+ years of morbid obesity. I have not been morbidly obese for 5 years. I hovered around 35 for most of my life bit I have worked and worked and struggled and fought to NOT hit the 40+ BMI. I hit 40 earlier this year and am not able to lose because of MS and knee surgery. Also genetically cursed with obesity running in the family and diabetics as well. But oh no, no one could tell me if those were enough to offset the 5 years. And I have UHC, who is supposed to be the easiest to work with. Hate that a person who has never met me will decide if my life is worth shelling out the money for or not.
