spivak fills

I heard today that Dr. Spivak of Houston offers the 2nd year of fills free if you reach a certain percentage of your weight by your first lapband surgery anniversary. The lady was not sure if it was 50% or 80%. Anyone hear of this and can confirm the correct percentage?
