Not a recipe but I thought I would share: Lipton has a diet green tea watermelon flavor that was refreshing and just a bit of variety from water. Zero sugar, zero carbs, zero calories. It tasted really good!

    Crush ice and water helps me. I blend my ice and water. Its like a icy. I use my spoon verse a straw. I also use crystal light, sugar free kool aid and G2. I crush the ice then at my liquid. It gets down pretty good.
