I've been on this site for a couple months now and have never posted anything, I really enjoy reading everyones post very encouraging..

I have finished all my requirements for the gastric sleeve, I went to the doctor on Wednesday for my finally appointment with the surgeon and after him reviewing my lab work told my I was fat but healthy and was not sure if I would get approved... Oh and my BMI is only 36.. I do have slightly high blood pressure so I gave my clearance letter to my cardiologist to document I have high blood pressure so I am hoping that will help .. I was given a surgery date of August 30 pending insurance approval. They say they may not know anything until about 3 days before surgery . I am hoping and praying everything goes through after I've been all psyched up the past 3 months.

Let me know if there are any sleevers from Fl.

Well my surgery has been post poned , I was suppose to be sleeved on 8/30/2012 but my insurance requires I see the doctor 3 times within 90 days and I started my process May 2 and had my final appt with the surgeon on August 1 so I was 1 day short of my 90 days.. So I wll see the dr this week and hopefully reschedule.
