31 July Getting Sleeved

Hi I am having my op on 31 July and find I am getting abit anxious? Anxious about things like what shud I be doing to prepare myself for the op when should I make the chicken broth and can I freeze it and has anyone got a easy recipe to make chicken broth I am I'm Perth,Western Australia and the dietician said to have the optifast soups and shakes. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

You can do a search on pre-op diet and should find a wealth of info. I'm basically getting myself prepared by changing my habits over to those I'll need after surgery: protein first, incorporating protein shakes, lots of water (don't drink with meals), walking 30 mins/day. Hoping this will make the transition easier!
