A little gassy!!

:help: I am five days post op and doing great, except it feels like I have gas stuck in my abdomen and can't get it to go up or down so that I can get rid of it. I have been walking, walking and walking, then walking some more. Any other suggestions??

I used chewable gas X. I think it helped a little but unfortunately I think it just takes time. The good news, it seems that most people seem to start feeling better within the first week post-op so hopefully you're almost done with it!
