Hey, Just seeing where everyone is at with surgery? I am currently pre-op, my date is 30th July eeekkk

    Ohh thats exciting. I had my surgery 29 June in Wellington. Am really pleased with how everything went. Lost about 9kgs in the four week pre op diet and 6 since surgery. It has slowed down now... am experiencing an plateau (for the last 6 days) but it will pass soon enough. Its all very exciting!! All the best for your surgery.
