Going to the Cleve Clinic?

I am scheduled for Aug 29. I am disappointed at how little I've been able to lose over the past 7 months myself. And I need to make more time to exercise, but with 2 kids under 3 and working full time, extra energy is hard to come by. Seriously.

Here's hoping for the best!
