Of course, a day. I'm so nervous to gain any weight. I feel as though I've already stretched my

Pouch bc I have made some bad choices in my diet. Help! Did anyone else feel like this?

I am 8 weeks also. Sometimes I feel like I could eat the whole house but other days I am not hungry at all. I think it has to do with if I take my antacid first thing in the morning. Also if you are burning more calories your hunger will increase because your body is craving more. I also felt like I stretched my pouch not because of bad choices but because I felt like I ate a lot. I have found that sometimes I can eat more than other times and depending on the food you are eating. Some foods go down smoother. My suggestion is to change your choices and eat right. Take your antacids it does help with the weird feeling of hunger. The hunger feeling does not last everyday for me at all but maybe once a week.

When hungry try 1/2 cup skim milk, which is filling, instead of eating 3 meals, change one to a shake. It stands to reason that at 8 weeks you probably shouldn't be eating high carb foods and most are sliders. I

Think back to 8 weeks ago and what you went through to have 85% of your stomach removed and remember you can't undo it, and there's no where else really to go after this and since the sleeve is only a tool it's up to you to go back to giving this 100% effort.

I wish you guys the best of luck. I'm sore still at almost 5 weeks out, I am still on full liquids and I would still do the surgery again, but I think back to how far I have come over these almost 5 weeks and I am in this 100% because I can't go back to any other way of life.

Good luck.
