Monster Rehab Energy Drinks

I was sleeved on 4/19/12 starting weight 271 and today I'm at 229. I've been drinking monster rehab energy drink tea/lemonade. It's non carbonated and 10 calories per Serving is this okay?

    Yea I really like the taste of this one, that's the main reason I drink it and also has B vitamins as well.

    10 calories--3 carbs- 3 sugar per serving and non carbonated. Doesn't sound bad but I'm no expert. I don't want to stall my weight loss either....

    People are having mixed opions for Green drink. But as per my observation. I found it really good and effective. in fact my whole family started taking this drink. We felt really a good change in ourselves.
