I've used that one before to show conceit/closed-mindedness. Like the person has their nose in the air and eyes closed.

But I have no clue if thats right, or what Huytsao is.

    I googled it on Comcast and it says for lapband it means "victory", "bandit", uh-uh and hello.

    None of it makes a lot of sense to me, but that is what I came up with.
