Yay! I had my final appointment for the six month supervised diet requirement. That was all my insurance requires other than a minimum BMI (and boy, do I have that!) I've done the psych evaluation my surgeon requires and the insurance coordinator has faxed off all my paperwork. Now I just have to be patient and wait for an answer!
