Here I am with another gross question, guys...forgive me. I'm now going to tell you about poop.
I never had a problem with lactose in my old life at all. Or, frankly, during the liquid part of the stages. I've been on pureed for a week. Today for Breakfast I made a chocolate Protein shake with 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter, and some frozen bananas, and milk. About halfway through the morning, I found myself in the restroom. I didn't think much of it, since I'm still in the 'not really all that regular stage'. For lunch I had 3 oz. of potato puree I made. When I got home from work, I grabbed a quick snack of some cottage cheese and apple butter (maybe 1.5 oz or so), before I took my dog to the park with a friend, and on the way home, I had to run to her house, or I would have had an accident.
I'm concerned that a) I'm now lactose intolerant, because, frankly, pureed food involves a lot of dairy, and
I freaking love cheese. Also,
was that dumping? I can't believe the cottage cheese zipped through me THAT fast? It was maybe 2 hours. Any experience with this hideousness?
