After finding out that I'm approved for the sleeve I came on here for support. Im 25 and have been big all my life. So I want to change that now that I have a child who is 4.

I was curious to see if ne one else from my area was on here. I go see the dietition today, to do a weigh in and get a date of when I'm starting my 2-week liquid diet. My surgery date is for July 12th. I've been waiting since September, just glad everything is moving along now sick of waiting around. Just gotta loose 10lbs.

That's great, I think this site is awesome, since not many people know about this surgery first hand like us on here. There's over 80 people in my town that r waiting or just getting a surgery date, the only surgeon left last year so I've been waiting since September for my day to come. Finally got a surgeon from the University of Minnesota.

Hello! I'm not in St.Cloud but I am in Minneapolis. I went to school in St.Cloud and my husband is from St.Cloud so we are up there quite a bit visiting his family! =) Who is your surgeon? Are you having it done at St.Cloud Hospital?

Dr. Ikramiddan and yes its in st. Cloud,my surgery is next Thursday the 12th can't wait, he wanted me to lose 20lbs before the 12th and I was like no way there's no way I can lose 20lbs in a month. Lol but I got 2 months to do it so I lost 9lbs one month and I have 4lbs to lose by the 12th.
