Am I the only one that is almost a year out, June 30th and have just lost 30 lbs, this is so embarrassing. I feel like such a failure.

What does your Dr say?

He says that I'm not eating enough Protein. I had my stomach tested to see if it had stretched but it had not. He also suggest that I up my exercised.

You have any suggestions for me to jump start the weight loss again.

I'm newly sleeved - just since June 4th. However, before my sleeve I couldn't get the weight off no matter what I did until my surgeon put me on a low carb diet. You may want to track your carbs and try to keep them under 30g total to see if that would jump start your loss.

Yes, I would also say try to go back to basics, track your food, stay away from calorie drinks. What does your diet look like as of right now??

Or you could do the pre op diet for a couple of weeks to get back on track it may help.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I am going to do the 2 week pre op, track my foods and watch my carbs. I needed this sight and I need all of you for support on this journey and I will support each one of in the areas I can. Thank you do much!
