Awesome change!

WOW! Congrats! :)

At 10 weeks I was still obsessing over the scale and driving myself insane. It was quite a long time before I realized that weighing myself every other day is actually hindering my progress and sabotaging my weight loss. Nowadays, I just weigh myself twice a month and its done wonders for my sanity (and for my family's too LOL)

SOOOOOOOO AWESOME! And I LOVE the fact that you don't even know what the scales says! LOVE IT! YOU GO GIRL!

I stopped weighing because I was getting so depressed by the stalls and I'm a slow loser. Much happier now. I also figured out I had to keep my carbs under 50 gms per day. Which has helped my weight loss.

Yay!! It took me forever to really SEE the changes in myself. I saw the numbers on the scale and the numbers on my jeans but it never hit me that I was changing. The first day it hit me it felt amazing! Congrats on the weight loss, but also congrats on seeing how far you've come!
