Been On Vacation

So, I'm returning from San Diego and I'm feeling guilty from some of the poor eating choices I've made. :( I made some good choices too and I did walk A LOT. I'm really hoping that made up for some of the naughty choices.

    Try to remember that vacation is just that. Everyone makes mistakes. Tomorrow is a new day. It is important that you realized what happened and the excessive walking will pay off! I hope you had a BLAST!
