So, today I'm two weeks out and according to my Doctor's guidelines I am now in the pureed stage - will be here for the next 6 weeks. Anyway, for the last week I have thought what I would be eating, planning out my little recipes etc. Well here I am today and I haven't tried a thing. I have gotten into a good habit of timing everything with my Water and Protein and now I have to figure out how to add in the pureed. Its hard because I'm not suppose to drink 30 minutes before or after - plus I need to take as close to 30 minutes to eat as I can - all for an oz or two. Today, it seemed just like too much work so I'm gonna try again tomorrow.

Good luck Karen. I did you send the pureed sheet I had didn't I? It's all kind of weird, but the tuna seems good and the whitefish eh not too bad.

I was hoping I was going to get to go to pureed today but I still have a few more weeks. Praying tomorrow goes better for you.

I loved puréed chili Beans. I would buy organic chili beans or you can make em yourself. The BEST appliance that saved me was a coffe cup warmer since it takes you a lot longer to eat it helps to keep your food nice an warm and not cold and gross...

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
