Hello guys started my week of full fluids today...surgery is in a week. Looking for some idea's and some do's and don't for this week???

Try not to think about. Live today and keep your self very busy. You will be nervous and scared and that's so normal. You will excel on this phase of the diet and it is the hardest part. I went all the way not believing I was going to have the surgery until waking up after the surgery. You will Rock!

Relax and try not to rush this. There will always be the next thing you "can't wait for" (moving through the food phases, losing another clothing size, getting to a certain weight, etc. It's a long process/journey/experience. Take it day by day without too much over-thinking! Good luck to you - you'll do great!
