New to board

Hello,

My name is Dieta and I was just banded on 8/23/06. This is my first day back at work. Overall, I am still trying to tell the difference between pain and hunger. I am having to revamp my whole way of thinking regarding food and even how I drink water. Other than that, everthing is going ok.

Belle, welcome to the board and to lapband. You will find this board very informative and you are gonna love your band. Just take your time and let your tummy heal and get on your way. I am a little over four months out and down 46 pounds with 24 to go and feeling great and you will very soon also.:D
