Nutrition Information For Recipes

I have a ton of recipes from back in my Weight Watcher days that all have the points listed. A lot of them don't have the nutrition information. Obviously, post VSG, I now want to track other things like Protein, carbs and calories. Is there a website on line or a program I could buy to plug in my recipes to get the nutrition informaiton on them?

Thanks!

If you use myfitnesspal.com you can enter all your own recipes. Listing the ingredients will give you all the nutritional info as long as you are careful to select the right foods. I have no problems entering all my recipes on there. It is a great app!

In already a member of mfp. Didn't know I could use it to enter recipes and get nutritional information. I'll check that out.
