Do I tried ground beef, my sleeve date was may 15th! I now have gotten food poison and can't eat and hardly drink, I was just givin iv as I was dehidred but I am now gaining weight, I gained 2.6 kg in 2 days! What do I do? I am siping on water but I know I should eat something! The proten shakes make me ill right now! I don't know what to do! If I wasn't sleeved I wouldn't worry about it too much but it's been since sat! And barly eat or drink! I've had diarrhea and vomiting

You probably are just retaining water from the IV fluids. I would not stress over it. It will come back off when the water is released. Keep drinking fluids and your body will adjust naturally.

Yes, if you were given an IV, you are going to retain Fluid. You need this fluid if you are dehydrated.

No, don't try ground beef. it sounds like you aren't ready for it if you're already vomiting.

Get some gatoraide or poweraide which have electrolites in them and try to keep sipping on them or some other kind of liquids.

If you are vomiting, perhaps you need some anti nausea medication. Are you in contact iwth your doctor?

Yes I have gravel and other medication it's just hard to get anything Down. I barly get water down. I am trying gatoraid so far in small sips but what to eat? I can handle one egg, anything else I get sick. My proten shakes used to be good but now make me I'll too! Chicken is a no go yet, any suggestions?
