I use plain Greek Fage (pronounced Fa-yeh) yogurt. It tastes like sour cream, so some people don't like it, but it is right up my alley. For one cup, it has 9 grams of carbs, all from natural sugar (no added sugar). It also has 23 grams of protein!!! In addition to eating it plain, sometimes I use it on a little bit of baked potato, a little bit of taco filling or anything else that screams out for sour cream.

The problem with the yogurts you probably are looking at is the fruit and sugars added.

It's in grocery stores in my area.

I've taken to adding torani sugar free syrup to fage and it tastes like fruit yogurt
