Ughhhh

Really trying to be good with my eating. Was good all day up until 30 mins ago and had 1 1/2 biscuit. I am trying to stay under 1200 calories as I need to loose 10% of my weight by August. I almost feel that i should just go to bed after I eat dinner so I am not tempted.

Any pointers

No I am not sleeved. I am taking classes and won't have it done til Oct.

Believe it or not. A biscuit is going to use up a lot of your daily calories and make you hungry again sooner. You need to examine the post op diet and try to live that way now. There is a reason we eat the way we do. Ditching the simple carbs now will make life A LOT easier for you.
