New Here And Just Sleeved

Hi I'm new to these forums and I just got my sleeve this past Tuesday. I was a band-to-sleeve revision and my doctor did it in one surgery. The first night was painful but so far everything is going well with recovery. I've been drinking my liquids and had no appetite--yeah! I was surprised that I hadn't lost any weight so far b/c I've been basically eating nothing for the past 4 days but maybe its due to all the bags of fluids they gave me?

Anyways, I look forward to being on the boards and not being alone on my journey!

Hi Kspye, Congrats on your successful surgery and welcome. I will be revised from band to sleeve on July 9 and can hardly wait. I look forward to hearing more about your journey.

  • nice to meet yall--i'm so glad to meet other band to sleevers! I'm still on liquids but it does feel a little different, more natural if that makes sense. My appetite is gone so hopefully that will
