How Many Calories?

How many calories should I be getting at two weeks out? I've noticed when I can get in more calories the scale goes down.

my doctor told me not to count calories but, to concentrate on getting all my protein in .

I really don't count anything but protein grams and water. 70g of protein, 64oz of water. As long as I'm getting those, I'm cool. :) On MFP I have 1000 calories marked as my goal, but I seldom reach that.

I dont count calories either. My surgeon told that any kind of calorie goal will not work at the beginning. When I asked, he said to just concentrate on getting in the protein and fluids and taking my vitamin, iron and calcium meds daily. It kinda makes sense because I cannot push more food in to reach calorie goals, and slider foods will take me back to my food addiction
