I agree!! I think there are many people who go into this not fully understanding it. Not only is it important to read all the info & ask questions, but also to follow the guidelines given. I have my diet plan plastered right on my fridge so I see it all the time and never question what I can eat at which stage and know exactly what I'm supposed to do for exercise at different stages also. It's so important to trust your surgeon & not be afraid to ask questions!
