Calorie Count

How many calories is 3.0 oz of sirloin steak cooked on the grill i looked it up on my fitness pal but it had too many to choose from also about how many grams of Protein. I have not had streak yet had a porkchop fish chicken vegtables and have not had a problem with anything but I try to not overeat so I don't get full. I hiccup when full
