Tea?

I have a couple questions. First is I'm a big tea drinker. Hot tea in the am is the best. I have a whole bunch of regular lipton tea bags, my question is should I get rid of them? They are not the decaf one and I'm not sure if I will ever be able to drink regular tea again. What would you do? I'm cleaning out my cupboards trying to get rid of the "bad food." I have done wheat pasta in the cupboard, would you get rid of that too? I'm giving what I can't eat or drink anymore to my mom so it doesn't go to waste. Thank y'all so much for helping me through my journey.

I wonder about all of this myself. The first meeting with the nutritionist is another 12 days. I love coffee, unsweetened, no creamer. I like tea too, especially Earl Grey. Once again, unsweetened, no creamer. Living in the desert I drink a lot of water, especially in the hot weather but I also drink unsweetened Iced Tea at times. I'll do whatever it takes to make it work but I hope that when all is said and done I'll still be able to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning, even if it's decaf.

FWIW, many moons ago I always sweetened my coffee and added cream. Then I quit it altogether for quite a a while. When I started drinking coffee again I developed a taste for black, unsweetened coffee. As I type this I'm in bed, just woke up. I really am looking forward to a cup of black coffee in all it's bitter glory. :)
