One Week In

I am knew and had the sleeve on may 9th. My worst fear is that it won't work. I don't know why I feel that way but its reality. My first week I was down 2 lbs but was dealing with some retention issues. I dont kn ow what to expect the first few week with weight loss. I found this forum and hope it helps me accomplish my goal of becoming healthy. I seem to be able to eat more than I thought I would which concerned me.

Had my surgery done 3 days ago, feeling great, sometimes I have the same question going thru my head... But look at it this way: "One Step @ The Time" you will see the results, is all about motivation, I know the liquids is not the best or has te best taste, try to make fun with ur food... For example, my Nutrisionist told me dat from day 3-14 I have to drink "Pro Preformance 100% whey protein" believe me... It doesn't taste to good, yet today I put in my blender.. 8oz water, 1 scoop of te powder (chocolate flavor) and 4 cubes ice... It taste like ice coffee from McDonald , so I'm kinda happy about dat.. It will get better by the days.. Keep me update :). I'm excited for u n me (:
