Dr Garcia Pre-Op Diet

Hi! I just joined this forum today! I have been reading for a little while and have found A LOT of great info here! :)

I had a lap-band "installed" July 2008. I did ok for the first four months, went from 221 to 179. Then I got pregnant! :-O I didn't gain a WHOLE lot while pregnant, but gained none-the-less. Not too long after giving birth I started to get "stuck", and it had just gotten worse and worse. I have days now that I can't even drink Water :(, so now I am planning on getting a sleeve and this "crap-band" (sorry I saw that term on here, and it couldn't be any more perfect!) removed!! I'm 99% sure I will be having my surgery on 6/15/12! :)

Prior to getting my lap-band done, I didn't have to do any pre-op diet. The facilitator for dr. Garcia said I will have to do one this time. I know she will be giving me the specifics soon, but Iwas wondering if anybody had any info they wouldn't mind sharing for the time being :) also any tips getting through this diet? It sounds challenging!

TIA!

Jaclyn
