Had A Break Down Today!

All the last minute worries have set in. I know I will be fine but can't help but think everything will go wrong and I won't make it home! Lol I'm going to miss my kids and worry myself sick until I'm in recovery! Ugh

I was worried like that, too. I decided to concentrate on the reasons I was having the surgery and what the extra weight would mean in terms of life span and quality of life. Once I did that, it was clear there was no other option. I didn't worry anymore!

Everyone has some moments of doubt just before surgery. Keep remembering why you decided that this is the best option for you and you'll get through it fine. You trust your doctor and you know what to expect. Just take deep breaths and concentrate on how much healthier you're going to be in just a few months!! :)
