Extreme Fatigue & Weakness

Hi! I'm 2 months out and down 46 lbs. I'm off all 3 of my blood pressure meds. After going off 2 of the 3 meds, my BP readings were mostly below normal. I have had several "spells" where I felt that if I didn't lay down, I would pass out. I would fall asleep instantly and sleep hard. Attributing this to the last BP med, my doctor took me off of this one too. I still have 1 or 2 "spells" a week.

Does anyone else experience anything like this? Thanks.

How many calories a day are you getting? You may need to actually raise your levels to keep yourself from the fatigue. Use a tracker like My Fitness Pal to help you see what you're eating. I try to stay under 1,000 calories a day, but I'm finding that I need to raise that number some as I continue to work out more and harder so that I don't feel major fatigue. It's also possible that your fatigue is from residual medicine in your system.

Hopefully you'll feel better very soon! :)

Are you getting enough water? I know when I don't get mine in I feel the exact same way.

Could be anemia, too.
