Burning Sensation

I am 9days post op still in pain in the usual spot but now this morning I have a burning feeling at the top of my stomach when I yawn or make certain movements. It feels like im pulling a muscle but instead of just pain it burns. What could be the problem? Also burns when I stand up straight
