Right Side Pain?

I'm 9 days post op. I feel good but every time i bend I have a sharp pain in right side.... Anyone know why? Doc didn't seem phased

I have that too, but doc said that is where biggest incision and stomach was taken out, so it is more sore than anywhere else. That is the only place I have pain left.

I'm glad to hear that i'm not alone with this pain on the right side. When looking at my belly, the right side still looks "swollen." I'm 18 days post op. If not for this pain, I would feel great.
