Mushrooms

My dad was sleeved 3 months before me (12/11) and he wanted me to ask a question here for him...we saw on Dr Oz that portabello mushrooms are extremly good for you, so he has been eating them alot. Has anyone else heard that they are good for you? If so, how are they good for you?

well mushrooms aren't bad for you in general but they don't hold much of a nutritional punch. And don't cook them in butter which is bad for the diet.

mushrooms have Vit.D and some protein they are especially tasty chopped with spinach lightly sauted with EVO and made into an omlet!
