Full Feeling

I tried some cottage cheese yesterday and ever since I've had this "full feeling" just sitting in my belly and I've been really burpy. Has anyone else had this? Ways to rectify it?

Not sure how long it's been since your surgery, but I developed lactose intolerance post-op and it's still not completely gone. Pretty much all milk products except Greek yogurt and firm cheeses give me grief, even now. At first I couldn't tolerate even a little. They gave me gas and diarrhea. I can have a little now, but if I have to much, it still gets me.

Oops I forgot that part. I'm three weeks post op. no gas or diarrhea. Just more of a rock sitting in my tummy. It's like I ate a roach coach burrito instead of cottage cheese.
