Ate To Fast?

Im on pureed stage. I had thinned out mashed potatoes with pureed chicken salad. I ate about 2 oz or so of it and now im having rapid heart rate and it feels like its coming back up a bit(like gerd). Im assuming I ate to much or to fast? Anyone else get this?

Yes, you ate either too fast or too much. I've done it and hate the feeling so much. I need to chew better too.

The first time I ate too much I felt like u was having a heart attack... It was terrible and I also learned my lesson

This is just one more way to find out what you can eat, how fast and how much. I think all of us have gone through this. It seems to go with the program. I just experienced my first upchuck episode tonight.....boiled chicken breast and carrots. I stopped as soon as I felt that knot in my stomach and sat down, but I had already eaten too much, too fast and ......well you know the rest, no need to elaborate. I feel much better now, and it wasn't all that traumatic, but you can be sure I ain't gonna do it again.
