Ugh! I'm not looking forward to my first time - which I'm sure will happen!

Nancy, a few things have made me very nauseous, but I haven't vomited, not even once. I don't think that it's inevitable.

Kim, That's definitely a reminder that we have to slow down and under-eat the sleeve, hmmm? It's only happened to me once, but that was enough.

Nancy, It's not inevitable. Just remember to always under-eat your sleeve and don't drink with meals and you should be fine.

Good to know. I'm on such a restricted diet (still at 6 weeks and will be for another 4-6 weeks) that I just keep imagining that when I actually get real food I'm gonna yak! Thanks!!

I only had it happen with a protein shake, but by the time I got "sick" there was nothing in the sleeve it had passed. So I just had dry heaves and foamy stuff...
