3 Week Stall ( Frustrated)

Hello everyone, I was sleeved on 2/4/12 lost 22 pounds so far. the first couple of weeks after surgery I was losing a pound or two every day but once I hit 3 weeks I stalled out at 243 pounds and been stuck there ever since. Is this normal? Monday will be 4 weeks. I haven't been over eating or anything like that I have been sticking to my diet plan. I feel very frustrated that the weight loss seems to have stopped. Any help or suggestions will be welcome

I'm also at my three week stall for the last week and a half. It's annoying, however it does come with the territory. I am just trying to be patient and learn how to snap out of these stalls. Best of luck. Have faith that we will make it passed these stupid stalls.

I had the exact same thing. It lasted 2 weeks and I actually gained weight! Don't stress - its normal and to do with the fluid in your glycogen cells. You will come out the other side. It's just frustrating at the time.

The third week stall happens to almost everyone. I had that stall too. For like 10 days or so. Dont worry. It will pass and you'll start losing pretty fast.

Trust its normal we've all been there. This too shall pass.
