To you seasoned sleevers....how long do the stall's last?? and do they happen frequently? Is this something I can learn to expect??

I am not that seasoned, only 4 months out. It seems like Every 2 weeks or so I stall or don't loose but a pound or so. The next week it goes up to 3 or so.

stalls last as long as stalls want to last. However, if you ignore them and keep doing what you should be doing, they'll last less time and you won't have to worry about getting back on track. First thing I can suggest is for the first couple months, THROW THE SCALE AWAY. Only weigh yourself when you go down a clothing size at the most often. I used to weigh myself every day when I was dieting or training for something or whatever. Now I spend my time living life and letting my body take care of itself.
