Slow Loser

I started out at 251 and now I am 225.. My surgery was March 27 and tomorrow I will be 4 weeks out tomorrow! I kinda feel like I should have lost a lot more weight! Is my weight loss normal?

I have the same surgery date and I'm down 3-4 pounds more than that. I think we're doing GREAT! I don't remember any diet I've ever followed that's has resulted in this kind of weight loss, and I still feel great!

You're both doing great! Keep on rocking that sleeve! :)

Thanks, Lissa!!

Your doing great~! I had my surgery the day after yours and I am down 31 lbs as of this morning. And that is only after taking my water pill because apparently I am still retaining fluds. Keep up the good work.

Are you onto solids yet or are you still in the pureed stage?

You are definitely NOT a slow loser! I am 2.5 months out and have only lost 20 pounds! :(

Keep up the great work!!!

I can only hope that when I have the surgery that I will lose at that rate... Hearing results like that gets me excited to have the surgery.
