    Well for me the first 3 days sucked. But towards the end of the week it really got better!! Your body goes into a different mode. Hang in there. The payoff is totally worth it!!!

    Mine went better after a week a lot of cravings and headaches.... But after I weithed myself and I was down 7 pounds give me the energy to finish up this week. My surgery is on the 30th!
