What Should I Do?

I am a self pay patient. I have a surgeon that offers BLIS coverage, sine my insurance will not cover post-op complications should I have any. I just found out that I can not withdraw the amount that I need to afford his total fee. I found another surgeon! He can do my surgery sooner, have great comments from past patients, well within my price range, but he does not offer BLIS. What do you think folks? I really want to move forward this. The BLIS coverage was a nice safety net, but do I really need a $4,500 safety net?
